Crew grabs his bucket, struts right out to the water, fills it up, goes back to his truck where it gets dumped into the bed and does it over and over again. Here we did it at least 30 times.
Devin and I got our first sunburns of the summer (on our backs). And they will be our last. Yes, we put sunscreen on, just not enough. I hate it when that happens.

I love that you are getting all this family time. Devin and Crew needed it after that long, long intense semester.
Seeing and hearing about those beautiful CA. beaches makes me homssick for CA. again. Not the freeways however. We loved to drive the coast highway though.
Sunburns...we got them too this weekend. I guess it takes a sunburn for us to learn. Glad you are enjoying the beach. You will get sooo tan!
What beach is this? It looks great. Unlike Santa Monica, for example, with the busy street right behind the beach. This one looks protected from the street noise. Looks like you guys are doing some fun things! The best thing about moving to a new area is exploring the new surroundings and seeing the sights! Glad you're having fun!
Do you feel like you actually live there... or that you're on permanent vacation? It's so beautiful. I would have to pinch myself if I lived there.
Aahhhhhh the beach...looks like you're basking in that sweet California sun and having such a splendid time! Crew is so darn cute in all these pictures, it makes me miss you guys even more. If gas wasn't so expensive, I'd jump right in my car and come and see you. But you have eachother and that's what matters most! Love you all! :)Sunshine and Lollipops! P.S. I want to hear how Devin's job is going- and by the way, Chris and I drove through Day Break the other day and I was dying!
