It had been a while since I had done anything crafty and I got tired of watching my sewing machine collect dust. Other than a pair of PJ pants I had never made an article of clothing. I found some fabric I loved and decided to sew away, creating my own pattern as I went along. This is what I ended up with. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Game over! Your own pattern? You could go into the pattern business with me and make $$$$! You are so talented-I'm jealous :) It turned out so cute!
And...eye witness account says..it is really, really cute. Great fabric selection and buttons.
Seriously-I am SO envious of your talent! The only thing I've had the courage to try sewing is my daughter's toothfairy pillow-which turned out...lopsided. Your shirt is to die for. Way to go!
