The bad thing about city sports is that all the coaches are volunteers. Sure they know the basics, the forms and techniques. They can run the drills. But unfortunately for Crew he was given a coach who has no idea how to manage a team or how to motivate the team to play their best. Basically, they aren't allowed to act like 3 year olds. Thank goodness Devin can be on hand to help keep things positive. And that is the only reason I allow Crew to continue on the team. And Crew rocks at playing soccer.

Rachel, I have the feeling that this is one of the many coaches you are not going to like. Just have Devin quit his job and become a full time Pee-Wee sports coach/director. Crew is very blessed to have such a "hands on" father that he immerses himself into whatever Crew does.
They are 3 for heaven's sake! The only things that really matter are the juice box and the orange slices.
Bad coaches have ended a few sporting seasons for us. You just got to make sure they love the sport!
Oh! my little 3 yr. old GGson...
He's too little to play...I hate to see the kids grow up..it only makes us older! (is that what does it?)
