I decided this week that I needed to make a blanket for my daughter. I ended up making two cause I couldn't decide on fabric. They were quick and easy but some how managed to brake my sewing machine. In a failed attempt to fix it myself I had to sew them with the broken machine. I'm just happy it worked enough that I was able to get the job done.

Very pretty! I love your fabric choices!
WOw. They are so pretty. She is going to be wrapped like a queen. Kinda of weird to hear you say "daughter".
Very Nice...isn't it fun to sew for girls?
Cute fabric! You're amazing! I can't believe you're due so soon-the end is near :)
Those are both really cute. I love the fabric. I've been looking at fabrics for a quilt. But nothing is screaming at me. I might have to wait until I see her pictures... just like I did for Claire.
I did take inspiration from your amazing "dream" nursery, however.
So sad about your machine. I know how sad that is. Truly, I've been in that spot many a time.
Those blankets are so adorable. I am so excited for you to have this baby girl. We are thinking of you and hope you are doing well.
hugs,
Cheri
They are beautiful- and this proves that you are not a quiter!
Those are adorable I like when you sew stuff instead of try and get that baby out of your bellow as soon as possible!:) love you
Rachel- I love your blog! (That's saying something b/c I am not a huge blog fan) But yours is great! Nice sewing job too- Brevic and Randi are having a baby this summer and Erin Tew and I were going to make them a blanket. They are having a boy! You guys all look so great:)
those fabrics are divine! love you!
